Shipping & Delivery
USPS Ground shipping (4-7 business days after your order is processed) within the U.S. is always free. Expedited shipping in the U.S. is available for a fee and the rate is calculated at check-out. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be impacted by weather, holidays, and other factors. Trinity Gift Shop does not ship internationally.

In stock items are typically shipped in 3-5 business days from the date your order is received. Estimated ground shipping arrival time is approximately 4-7 business days after the date your order is processed.

Returns & Replacements
Items must be returned by mail within 30 days of purchase. Please enclose a note stating the reason for the return along with the original receipt. Once the item is received, the refund will be credited to the original payment type. All shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping, unless the item arrives damaged, in which case the Trinity Gift Shop will refund the return shipping cost.

If an item is damaged during shipment please save all packing materials and contact the Trinity Gift Shop as soon as possible at 212-602-9674. We will send a replacement out immediately if the item is in stock.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders may be subject to a state sales tax. If we have an operating entity in the "Ship-To" state, you will be charged sales tax as required by law.
